My phone is not a camera phone but i hav a digital camera so i was wondering if it will cost me money to send a picture from my computer to my phone. I also hav a plan / t-mobile -nokia

Yes my phone is cappable of receiing photo messages and lots of other things. I got the nokia6030

if your phone is capable of receiving photos via txt messages, you can send the picture. It will cost probably as much as 25 cents per message that you send.

picasa is a Google's photo software. It's what should've come with your camera.
It can Edit , organise and Share you picture and small video flips.
It's very easy to use and is free, just like Google
