How much weight you lose depends on how many calories you take in each day minus how many you burn off.
It works better to eat 3 or 4 smaller healthy meals a day, spreading out the 1500 or so calories rather than starving yourself all evening and night long. That way your body doesn't think it's starving after your exercising and stop burning the fat reserves.

You have to make sure those 2 meals a day contain fewer calories than what you're burning. If they're calorie heavy meals (spaghetti with garlic bread and butter and wine for instance),you will not lose weight.
You can eat 10 times a day as long as the total calories are lower than what you're burning.

Eating 2 healthy meals a day is not smart. Our bodies during the day need to eat every 4 hours, or it starts burning muscle instead of fat. Eating 6 small meals in a day is smarter, because it keeps up your matabolism, and gives you more energy to run those 4 miles a day.

How much weight depends on how much you weigh now and what is your body-fat percentage.
I would suggest eating 4 smaller meals a day and doing your running and sit-ups before breakfast every morning. You also need to eat less fat and sugar and drink more water. If you are consistent, you will look amazing.

For 99% of us, losing weight means burning more calories than we take in. In my case, I could easily follow your plan and *gain* weight due to the food choices I would make.

Do whatever fits into your life. If you do something you have to go way out of the way for, then you won't stick to it.
