No any problem imposed and your baby is also supposed to have O+. You and your wife having both O+ means there is no other blood genotype present thus your baby will take the same.

The situation which can cause a problem is when your wife got O negative. But since she is also rh positive then there is no reason for you to worry and there is nothing to be explained further.

I have never heard of immunity problems due to both parents having the same blood group.

I am O-, my husband O+, when I had my O+ daughter, I just had to have a shot to eliminate in me the possible antigens I might have produced to my child's positive Rhesus factor. This is to save any problems in future pregnancies.

none to my expertise, the main considerable element of evaluate is Rh element (+,-). If the mum is unfavorable it rather is considerable understand if the daddy is constructive considering the fact that maternal antibodies would desire to reason injury to the fetus if the blood is blended. in case you're unfavorable and are not constructive of the daddy, tell your OB record(he/she will attempt for this) considering the fact which you will prefer Rhogam injection. additionally continually prepare a record of questions you prefer to ask your record earlier you circulate--have self assurance me you will overlook once you get there--they seem to be a great source and thanks to this they are there. it is likewise solid to appreciate kin historic previous of any ailments considering the fact that some are genetic--ask your mothers! solid success!

not like that there is the rh factor. if she's negative and the baby's positive then she'll have to have shots (my mom says it was worth it)

I think that is if she is O- and you are O+, if the baby has O+ then the body will attack it, if you are both the same, that is great! Good luck!
