I have heard before that some females prefer male hair stylists over the female ones because they do better jobs. They say that a male wants to make you look as good as you possibly can, while a female wants you to look a little less good than HER. Is this true or just bull? What is your opinion on this?

In my own opinion I think the male stylist is the best. It isn’t because the female wishes for you to look less attractive then her; it is because there are more female hair stylists then male ones. So you are bound to run into more bad cuts and styles from a girl than a boy.

I personally enjoy getting my hair cut from a boy. They are usually more fun to talk to.

That's crazyness. I've had a very talented male hair stylist do my hair and color that I loved for years and now I have a female stylist that does my hair equally as well. Talent is talent. It has nothing to do with whether they are male or female in my opinion. If you're looking for a new stylist ask someone who has a haircut/color that you admire where they go and go to their person.

@ Oceana...you have had the worst success with male roommates. you're making use of a rule base on some exceptions. or perhaps i'm the exception. i'm sparkling, pay each and every of the expenses for my homestead on my own without help from my roommate (to whom I ensue to at the instant be married), and different than for an occasional load of laundry and a few unusual dishes, I do the vast majority of the cleansing (ordinarily because of the fact she comes to a decision it desires to be performed for a particular reason on an afternoon and at a time while she has to paintings). for sure i'm a male. As for the respond to the question...i could say no, a girl could be an more desirable roommate. yet I basically tend to be greater delicate with women people, and experience that frequently they're better those with whom to stay.

I think that logic is bull. However, I prefer the male hair stylist to the female ones I've had. Maybe the men have a better sense of style than the women. Or maybe the market is so saturated with female stylists that your chances are greater of getting a substandard stylist, whereas with the men, there are so few of them that your chances are greater of getting a superb one. I dunno...

I have found male hairstylist to be better, especially when it comes to a good cut. But not for the reasons you suggest. I thing thye like to be on the cutting edge and are. Besides they are men and have more spare time than we do.
