Really all depends on what type of a sandwich you want. As for me, I love a great toasted cheese sandwich. One of my favourites is a reuben with corned beef and sauerkraut.

I like smoked turkey and cheese and sliced avocados with pickles, mustard and mayo mixed together. I also like to put chips in my sandwich.

make a honey mustard and 1tsp of horse radish and mayo for the bread...add pickles, cherry tomatoes [both cut up,] spring onion with tuna and shredded lettuce for a sandwich

I like going 2 ways:
Turkey (like leftovers from Thanksgiving), a little mayo, a thinly sliced green apple, and some pepper
OR
Nutella (or peanut butter), honey, and bananas

Salami, pastrami, roast beef, or roast turkey
Cheese of any kind
Kosher dill pickle!
Spicy brown mustard
a little Best Food's (Hellmans back east) mayonnaise
crisp lelttuce
Time to eat!

have you ever tried cucumbers on a sandwhich.goes great with turkey esp. they ROCK!
