Smurf Village : This mushroom village is where the Smurfs live and play. Gargamel and sundry other bad buys are always trying to find their way here with little success. The Smurfs have rebuilt Smurf Village many times.

I do't know what you mean.
But if you are asking a question based in REALITY, the Smurfs were drawn by a Belgian artist named Peyo who lives in Brussels, Belgium.
He licensed the Smurf name and images to an American animation company, Hannah-Barbera, in the early 80's and they produced the popular cartoon series that ran here in the 1980's. My kid sister who was like 6 or 7 at the time loved that show.

They live in Smurf Village, which appears to be a whole bunch of toadstools in a forest somewhere. They're blue...They're meant to be confusing.
