First, it moved long before there were elevators, and i guess it's hard building an elevator in a slant building.... anyway, Pisa is not Venice, neiter IN Venice.... but there is a stairway, and the tower is not so high

When I went to the top it was on a spiral ramp or staircase. There is and was no elevator. They no longer allow visitors.
It is not in Venice. It is in Pisa.

the leaning tower of pisa is an architectural mistake. an elevator is not fine to put in this tower because it is built on saturated soil. the tower is sinking, so support have been placed around it.

It is an old building. If it was built when elevators were invented you probably could. Elevators CAN curve, a good example is the Saint Lous Gateway Arch.

It was built long before elevators were invented. There is no elevator shaft in the building and no elevator cars.

Because the stability of the building is questionable. Furthermore, there probably isn't even an elevator in it.
