Fait accomplis is French for a loose translation of "it's a done deal". In other words, something that has been completed and can't be undone. I took French in highschool and college and am pretty sure I'm right. Have a great day!

I think the spelling is Fait acompli and it means it means accomplished fact

do you mean fait accompli? - it means something is irreversible the final result is known and cannot be changed.
