Moe's translation has a couple of errors:
Que la calor, la nevada = the heat, snowfall. (not
the state!)
Ella se durmió en la orilla = she fell asleep on the
shore(or bank(of a river)).

I don't know the name of the poem, but transforming it to english would be ruining it.
I suppose you would like the poems "The Raven" and "Annabel Lee" translated to Spanish. So sorry, same thing. They would lose the merit. Why do you want to ruin a work of art ?
