Well you have to do some sort of cardio as well as dieting otherwise you're going down a dead end road. Try swimming, cycling, or some sort of exercise that makes you raise your heart rate for an extended period of time.

Start smoking and drinking a lot of Red Bull. OK, that will work... but you will not be healthy. You don't have to run, but you need to be doing some kind of cardio if you want to lose weight. Start by eating less fat and sugar and drinking more water. Then, you need to start doing cardio before breakfast every morning (pick anything that can raise your heartbeat). Be consistent, and no problem.

Cut out all sugar from your diet.
Drink a glass of water before meals so you don't want to eat so much.
Make your drink of choice water - no soft drinks, diet or otherwise.
Cut out all fried food. If you eat fast food, leave off fries and dessert.
Quit eating before you are full.
Don't worry about leaving food on your plate.

The object is to shrink your stomach a little, so it doesn't take so much food to fill you. I have used these practices most of my life and can eat anything I want, except a lot of sweets, and have never weighed over 120 and have never had to diet.

Walk! I do Walk away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone and I've lost 40lbs. Start with the 1 mile and build your way up.....the program is available at Wal-Mart and comes with a resistance band to strength train while you walk.....It's fun and you can modify if you need to. It's the best thing I ever did for my health.

No don't become anorexic, it sucks and can really screw you up and I do not wish it on anyone. I recommend not starving yourself like I did for many years and cutting out carbs and foods high in sugar. You should also exercise and if you do not like going outside you can simply do crunches or sit-ups while watching television or do jumping jacks while you dry your hair. Good luck!

Choose a type of exercise which you like (swimming, just plain walking up and down the stairs, using your bicycle...). Whatever you LIKE doing. That, plus eating sensibly will do the trick.
