Very difficult to answer with the limited information provided. However, you may be mildly depressed. This can cause people to be edgy and irritable, and they don't necessarily have to feel "down." Keep in mind that in many regions of the country the weather is changing, the weather is often gloomy, and this can cause people to become depressed. If this sounds like it might fit you, I would recommend a change in the routine-do something fun, something to take your mind away from what's frustrating you. Good luck.

Here is my 2 cents ...
Its ur nature - its a human nature . The soluion is plain simple , just b4 nything that cud get u frustrated , think about this - will the frustration help me in any way ? Will I get a positive result if I get frusturated ?
NO? - The dont frustrate coz u r wasting ur time for nothing
YES ? then frustrate a lil coz u knows its for some benefit .
A typical example for both is
1)You are awaiting results , and ur frusti whether things will work ur way ... Its counter productive , its not gonna help u in anyway . So just get over it
2) University exam , u get frustrated u end up with more marks .
So frustration doesnt harm u much
Good Luck

You may be a little depressed. Can you name a specific thing in your life, or several specific things, that you are not happy about right now? Chances are, you are not fulfilled in some aspect of your life and it is affecting all of the other aspects.
Try to think about the things that are bothering you. Write them down in a journal, and be really honest about them. Then think about why they are bothering you, and how you can fix them or deal with them. If you are experiencing low self-esteem, concentrate on the positive aspects of you -- make a list of as many as you can think of! If you are having challenges in work/school/relationships/family life/with friends, then think about how you can communicate with someone either involved in the situation or outside of it, and work through your frustrations.
Then take a good hour or two to relax each day until your feeling calmer! Watch a funny movie or something like that!
Good luck!

You might need to work on your patience. How do you do that? How can patience be "worked on?" That would be a very good question to ask the people of yahoo answers, but I know there are religious people that can fast and do all sorts of things be exercising metal discipline. I don't know how they do it, but they do it. Maybe try putting yourself in stressful situations you know you can get out of to basically practice your powers of patience until you become a very patient person. Just trying to help you out. Good luck!

I was the same way and finally I broke down and talked to my doctor. He diagnosed me with depression. And since I've learned a lot more about it. I honestly think I've been suffering from it for years. It's not a mental condition, it's a medical condition and there are treatment for it. You should talk with your doctor and find out more. Good luck.
