Okay, so a girl that I got a number from on Saturday night told me she qoute unqoute "Yeah kinda" when I asked if she had a boyfriend.All her friends say, and even her say he's a loser.He never takes her out, he doesn't talk to her much....he's just kind of there.Her friends have been saying she should go out with me, and I think she wants too (NOT FOR SURE THOUGH)I really like this girl.How can I win her over, and treat her how she deserves to be?

Hmm that is tough!
First off don't try to force her into dumping her "kinda" boyfriend! Don't even attempt to sway her into thinking it! It'll take alot of strain off her if you arn't pressuring her to dump him, cause I'm sure everyone around her will already be putting in advice and she'll already be uber confused.
The best way to get a not-single girl to notice you is to do it in a subtle way. Obviously you guys are friends, and thats great! Don't try for much more than that..just be there for her! The more she's around you the closer you'll get without trying to hard! Of course fun friendly flirting is great, but I'd say don't put out any huge hints that you want her. This way she'll prob realize you're a great guy, and that she'd be happier with you. And if not, you guys will still have a real great friendship in the longrun!

Careful here. As you gain experience in life you will find that certain girls just like to go out with guys that treat them poorly. I am sure someone could tell us the psychological reason for it but it is true. Not saying she is one of them just be careful and dont get hurt. As far as winning her over, if she likes you then she likes you, be yourself and be sure to tell her you want to pursue a relationship with her and then let it happen or not happen dont force it.

Fall back on the age old classic, "Actions speak louder than words". Show her how much you like her, let her see what it is to be treated right. It won't take her long to switch if her heart is not into the other relationship.

Start by being a real friend, and get to know her the way she deserves.
As a friend she would respect your opinoin and there for would be more sure to listen and take it into consideration, then just a guy who is trying to get with her.

take her out(as friends first), talk to her on the phone, make her laugh, make it as if you really care for her. and DO NOT talk bad about her current boyfriend to her face or even to her friends at that...that can be a total turn off to girls, it would make her think, wow ok so he's right about my boyfriend, but is he going to run his mouth about me to all his friends (in a bad way)...just be there and be understanding!

tell her you are available, and for her to give you a call when she has no other attachments. Then get to know her for your self. Do not take others word for it. then treat her well and give her the attention she deserves

DUDE RUN FIND SOMEONE ELSE. I DID THE SAME THING I MET THIS GIRL SHE HAD A B/F SHE SAID HE TREATED HER LIKE **** HER FRIENDS HATED HIM BUT LOVED ME SAME WITH HER FAMILY. STUPID ME PUT UP WITH THIS FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR BEFORE I FINALLY GAVE UP SHE NEVER LEFT HIM. GOOD LUCK MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION.
