well i think i should ask you guys this question.....well its this one shoe store where i always buy shoes and i've noticed this guy which is very cute has been watching me for two months should i go up to him and make conversation because he seems kinda shy or should i let him make the first move?

How often are you buying shoes? How many shoes do you own? He probably thinks you are addicted to shopping.

ask him to help you with some shoes. then make conversation and see how it goes from there. maybe he will make the first move, or maybe it will be up to you

Thre is nothing wrong with approching someone. If you want to conversate, then you might have to be the one to make the first move. Take charge.
