Get a great shampoo and conditioner to help with damage to your hair. Instead of blow drying your hair unless its for time management purpose, towel dry it and let it air dry. Depending what hair texture u have...after u wash it, towel dry the excess water off. Get some leave-in-conditioner, spray or use setting lotion. (one called Lotta body). U can get this at any Beauty supple store. Once u spray in your hair, wrap hair. If u don't know how....Make a part in your hair like to one side. Then take a comb, (once u make sure no tangles are in it. ) and comb to hair like u r putting it to your scalp. Depending on the length of your hair (longer, several times to get hair the way u want). Continue to bring hair with comb like into a circle on around your head. U may have to make several try before hair goes into a circle around. If u have shorter hair or longer use pins to secure hair to head so that it can stay. Get a silk/satin scarf (this protects hair) and let air dry. U can still blow dry your hair when necessary but when u have more time try the air dry. The less heat products on hair the better your hair will be. Why do u think celeb have hair pieces put in their hair..yes more volume but also to protect their natural hair as possible .Good luck.

I really like Loreal Mega Moisture nurturing creme. I've been getting split ends and frizziness like crazy from blow drying and straightening my hair, but this stuff works wonders.
