LarkNews.com, which is like a Christian answer to the Onion and very funny for anyone who's familiar with Evangelical Christianity, published that satire about kids networking online to avoid the homes that give away tracts on Halloween.

Does this make you think of anything? Giving away tracts, getting "tracted," being made to feel guilty about Halloween, finding tracts in your kid's bag when you were looking for razor blade apples, etc?

Just asking. :-)

Conradmex, of course I'm not saying tracts are worse than the apples with razor blades of urban legend; I was talking about the way responsible parents check their kids' bags.

Do people still do that? Sorry bastards! Ruining a little kids holiday like that!

I think I'll print up some atheist tracts on my computer to give out this year. I'll wrap them around a Snickers bar, and give them out.

Thanks for the inspiration!

Were I to find "tracts" in my daughter's Halloween bag, I would throw them out

lmao. thats funny. people who are giving out pamplets need to go read their own bible and stop worrying about everyone else. worry about themselves.
