I am a verry small persone with big brests. I put on kilos easally. I love my big *** but I'm not satisfied with my legs and shoulders. How can I loose those pluses without making my *** smaller???

do squats, lft weights that way you maintain weight but its muscle so its not flabby and stuff.

why dont u try some snacks of legumes soaked in water overnite and make your omellete with a dab of tomato, basil,
hell its so healthy and light ,add some steamed chicken sausages
eat light and snack healthy food after every 2 or 3 hours

u wont regret have a fab day

Running will work your whole body and tone your Big A S S. When eating stay away from breads and potatos. Big breast. Love to meet you.
