i live in iran , and i wanna go to a forign country (for the university) , if you were me wich one would you chose ? learning dutch and go to germany , or gettin` IELTS and goiing to somwhere like USA or Canada ?

it doesn't make sense to learn dutch, the official language of the netherlands, if you want to go to study in germany....you'd better learn german. however in germany there are many landsmen of yours, i think you'll get along easily.

Learning Dutch and going to Germany? Why would you learn Dutch in Germany? You mean Deutsch? Which is what the Germans call their language. Whichever it is, I'd go with the first one.
Lern mal Deutsch, vergess Hollandisch :-p (Learn German, forget Dutch.)
