Eat until you are about 80% full. Recognize that moderate hunger is good, a signal that you need something. But before grabbing that bag of chips, candy bar or brownie, take a moment to listen to both your body and your emotions. Is your stomach hungry, or is something else going on?

You can actually lose weight by eating breakfast. How can that be? A healthy breakfast keeps blood sugar and hormone levels stable while your metabolism hums along at a higher level, burning more calories. Eat a rainbow of colors and plenty of whole grains

If you don't want to go drastic with your efforts...then try some baby steps to help cut calories. Stop drinking any calories at all. Use diet sodas and artificial sweetners. Cut down on snacks between meals. Eat more proteins and less carbs. Cut out white items: flour, sugars, cream sauces. Increase your exercise just a bit. Park just a little bit farther away from the door of the shopping area. Walk up stairs once a day instead of riding elevators. You'll be surprised how it adds up. Good luck.....

Try the Souper Soup Diet (a version of the Cabbage Soup Diet) at lillieross.com. You can sign up to receive the diet for free & they will also email you diet tips Tu-F each week. This diet really works...I have used it several times; especially when I wanted to lose fast. In fact, I’m on it now and have lost 14.5 lbs since last Monday.

or

Try the Fiber One Diet:
1 bowl of Fiber One cereal 3 x day (breakfast, lunch & dinner) with skim milk (I use fat free Lactaid)
1 tv dinner (400 calories or less) for dinner
Drink 64 ozs water (drink plenty water or the fiber will constipate you)
Exercise 30 minutes each day
Note: This diet keeps you very regular (bms)

GOOD LUCK!

You need to burn more calories than you spend everyday. If you are eating well all you need to do is add exercise but not just aerobic exercise (such as walking, running, etc) but also weight training. The more muscle mass you have the higher your metabolism and, thus, the more efficient your body becomes at burning body fat. Hope this helps.
