You're always going to be sick if you don't eat properly. Learn ways to prepare them so that you like them better, and get into them one by one, like try carrots one week and say apples the next week, after you've got used to carrots and the ways you can cook them (steam them with a little bit of ginger, they're nice that way).

Get used to bad colds because you're depriving your body of some of the best natural vitamins available. Not only that but you are open to even worse problems later on in life. Surely being sick is not better than eating some fruit and vegetables!

You really should try to cook them differently so you can eat them. They are essential for maintaining a healthy body. Without them in your diet you will become vitamin deficient. If you really cant do this than at least take a supplement like vit c or a multivitamin. Make sure also that you have added fibre in your diet

If you can't get natural vitamin C which you would absorb by eating fruit and vedgetables, then my suggestion would be to take a multivitamin supplement every day. This should help build up your bodies immunity to colds etc.

Multivitamins are a good substitute, but they won't give you all the other benefits of Fruit and Veg, including fibre, so make sure you add something else that gives you the whole deal.

Do you like orange juice or fruit juices at all? Try drinking a small glass of OJ in the morning.

Also, try to wash your hands alot if you are around sick people.

If you don't eat fruits and vegetables, colds aren't the only *disease* you'll have to worry about. Without a balanced diet, you won't live to see 60.
