I don't know, but I hope it's the same as in other states. They fine you 600.00 and sentence to no less than 3 days in jail. What kind of hurry are you in that you need to kill someone. Whether you do or not, the intention is there. You know the law, you're not supposed to pass a school bus at all.

You never pass a stopped school bus. This is for the safety of the younger generation.
Anyhow the laws should be same throughout the United states.

That one is right up there with the stiffest of fines. Be prepared to take a c-note or two to court, otherwise a credit card is now accepted by many municipalties.

I would have to think at least $500. It should result in a thirty day suspension of license. Such driving is HIGHLY DANGEROUS and easily avoided if you are paying attention. You can't miss the flashing red lights.
