I was on prozac & valium for my panic disorder.
I just took these when I needed them.
I was on pazil for 3 years until I got off of it. It was the best I think.
Valium made me feel weird and prozac made me feel sleepy.
Good Luck! I wish I never would have had to take any of these.

There are SO many different ones. You need to talk to your doc. to find the right one or combination of pills for your needs.

my fav is xanax - i took them before my pregnancy & i loved them! They would just let me relax a bit so that i was not pulling ym hair & my husband's hair out!
