hahaha...so elementary school...the era when boys have cooties.
in reality? no. in most societies, the male is the dominating gender. have you heard the phrase "man of the house"? men are usually portrayed in movies as the person who earns the money, while the women are the home-makers.
however...there are some societies in the world in which the woman is the dominating gender...
