you know i am wondering something similar!!!! I couldn't find it at CVS!!!!! i don't know wher you can buy it.. GNC?? I think they carry it.
Lysine.. yes.. the person one post below me mentioned it.. and YES it works wonders on cranker and cold sores!!! get the pills and take then several times a day.. it will go away in NO TIME

WalMart has it and I don't know about putting it in your mouth that doesn't sound right. Dr. Tischners mouth wash is good for cleaning the inside of your mouth.

Not sure. But you can find it at a health-food store. The clerk should have an answer for you.
