You can expect temperatures of 8C to 25C. Southern Italy stays pleasant in the winter because of the Mediterranean, unless you are at higher altitudes.

I live near Verona, in the north and in december it's quite cold, even less than 0 C (32 Fahreneith) in the morning

well today in Naples its 27C and mild, winters are normalyy mild and warmish it depends form year to year the forecasts say that this year it will be very mild and, hopefully, staying in and around the 17-20C index. In the evenings it can get quite cold and it may rain often and heavy so always take an umbrella, the more south you go the better the weather though!

Winters are pretty cool. If I remember it was between 40 and 60 degrees F and it can rain quite a bit during that time. However, if you are traveling during that time, you will love it.
