Is Jetblue a good airline to use?

I'm flying to Florida on Jetblue. I always use continental. Does anyone know if jetblue is good?

I have flown different airlines over the past few years and found JetBlue to be comparable. In August my hubby & I flew with our 2 year old and they were very helpful and accomodating. I was able to bring the carseat and stroller right to the gate and they were helpful when boarding and disembarking. All three of us loved the TVs... they really distract you if there is turbulance or anything. Plus, they have upgrade headphones (for a small donation) for comfort! Like Southwest, JetBlue doesn't serve meals on most of their flights. They do, however offer really cool snacks and drinks including this awsome Doritos mix and Dunkin Donuts coffee!
I like that you can choose your seat (for the most part) and change it on line if needed. I also liked that you can track the flight from the ground (most airlines do this now) and also on the plane using the TVs. You can watch your progress and speed and altitude.

Any problems we had were with the airport, not the airline.

Jetblue used to be superb. However, they've gotten too big I think...It used to just have planes flying back and forth from each city, but now it's not that way anymore. I flew jetblue three time last month, one was on time, one was 2 hours late, and one was 8 hours late. However, the planes are very comfortable and the TV's rock. I would recommend try to fly in the mornings, as typically delay happen later in day/evening...

JetBlue is awesome (I fly them regularly for Dulles in Washington) because you get your own TV with actual channels on them on the backs of each seat (which, by the way, have more leg room since they eliminated a row from the plane). I hope that you like them as much as I do!

Jetblue is AWSOME! They have lots of cool ammenities but Iove the customer service. They actually care about making sure your having a good time.

It's the only airline I fly if I can help it at all. Your own TV w/ tons of channels, good snacks, nice seating, great attendants....just love them.

Don't forget to sign up for True Blue points...I've got a free round trip ticket waiting from it!
