" Comptia A+ Certification " , that would be what the book should be called. That is the book you need to get. You may also want to read some books on PC Repair etc.

mike myers was good for us.
we have also used sybis (sp?)
definitely do the labs.
buy some brain dumps like test king or transcender or
transdumper etc.
i think there's a website called passitnow.com that has good study questions that are very close to what is on the test.
