Do you mean how do you get the pics to the PC or Mac? Most cameras have a dv or usb connection for that. Most times windows will recognize automatically and will download the pics to your pc. Macs have an even easier time downloading pics. If you have software that came with camera you should have installed it so you can use it to download and edit (if desired).

You can connect the camera directly to the computer with the included usb cable.
You could also pop the memory card out of the camera and into the memory card slot in your pc or a $10 card reader connected to your pc.
Either way, the camera or memory card will show up as a drive in the Windows explorer and you can copy the pictures to your hard drive.
Use the software that came with your camera or something like http://picasa.google.com/ to view the pictures.
