Roast pork with stuffing!

Take a good size peice of pork loin about 12 inches by 5 or 6 inches high, a nice piece.

Prepare stuffing as you would for a turkey and place it into the porc, this is how I do it:

1. Melt margarine in a pan
2. Fry some chopped onions until they are brown
3. Add this to your bread and add about 1 to 2 teaspoons of poulrty seasoning. Miz very well
4. Cut the piece of porc to make a lid, roughly through the middle of the meat.
5. Place the stuffing and pack it into the middle of the pork.
6. Fold the lid back and sew the meat together with cooking twine.
7. Cook in a roasting pan at 325 until juices are clear.
8 Remove roaster lid and then brown the top.

Cut and enjoy..!

No, I've tried similar, just purchase pork chops that say the are for stuffing, make homemade stuffing, put inside of chops. Then pour canned cream of mushroom soup over in a baking pan. Bake in oven. Turns out yummy!
