Ok...my cousin is fat and she wanted me to help her loose weight, so I areed to help her. She's also scared to loose weight because she has a big chest and she asked me will it get small as she looses weight...I don't know what to tell her. So will it get smaller? Or stay the same size?

It depends. everyone's different, but some girls do lose their chest. Some lose their butt first, some get the hourglass they're looking for. If it's severe obesity she is combatting, she should be more concerned about her weight, and not her bust. I lost weight in my breasts first, but as I lost weight around the middle, my bust looked nearly the same size, anyway, because my gut wasn't sticking out as far.

Yes. Breasts are almost all fat, so she will definitely go down a couple sizes. I lost 50 pounds and went from a C to an A. Thank God for silicone!

Due to the fat tissue in breasts, as she loses weight, her chest will get smaller.

On another note, have your cousin check out this website:

www.limuplus4life.com

There are two products I recommend for faster weight loss...

LIMU PLUS and The Appetizer Diet

Thanks for reading...

Hi there!

Breasts are mostly fat, thus, they will reduce if she loses fat. If she does pec flyes, she can build up the muscle underneath to provide lift. It looks good.

Also to counteract the loss in breast size, I recommend a pushup bra, before surgical augmentation.

I believe this answers your question, but if not, you may email me.

Good luck on your diet and fitness goals!

Your cousin will most likely lose some of the weight in her breasts. Breasts are mostly fat so as she loses she will get smaller.

of course, but chest size also depends on the size of your breast tissue and mammory glands.

some people can lose 50 lbs and barely go down a cup size .. others like me lose 20 lbs and go down 2 cup sizes to an A

Actually, the breasts are one of the first places that lose weight when you burn calories. Yes, her breasts will definitely get smaller, but its much better to be thin with small breasts than to be fat.

When someone is overweight, the fat is all over, so yes, they will decrease. I lost 50 lbs. before and was a 38C, I went down to a 36C, so it wasn't much of a difference for me.

Her breast will get smaller. When I lost 55 lbs I went from a 46D to a 36C.

yes, it will get smaller, and if she has a lot of weight to lose, it will also sag. she needs to incorporate some weight lifting and strength training in her regimen, so that it will not sag completely (maybe a little)
