In theory all public examinations should be the same in all countries, however most colleges have different marking schemes. Colleges, and educational facilities, tend to mark differently according to their situation and their target consumers;
for example: some colleges, (e.g. Oxford, Cambridge and Boston), will mark more strictly to find the more academic students and therefore eventually get a higher percentage of graduates and a more elite academic persona of graduates. Other colleges, (especailly state run ones), will have a softer marking scheme to allow more students to get a education and and recive more government funds. I hope this answer was useful and informative.

Absolutely. I don't know what field you are looking into, but I am working on an Engineering degree right now. I chose a university with a mandatory co-op program. I go to school for 12 weeks and then work with my co-op company for 12 weeks, then back to school then work again. I am busy year-round and I complete what are normally 16 week courses in 11 weeks plus a week for finals. The classes are more comprehensive and much faster paced, but I get real-world experience during my work terms. Good luck finding what you need.

i haven't, yet i've got heard that faculties overseas do not play. i think of pupils in different international places are much less possibly to take coaching with none attention and that educators usually command greater know than they do here.
