yesterday i had this bad itch but i dont know if im allergic because im not eating nothing i hadnt ate before or been around anything i havent been before

Allergy tests are good for that..it takes long and they stick you with a bunch of needles but its all good. I knew I was allergic to bandaids, and just found out im allergic to dust mites and outside molds. You could have been around something that your allergic to and you just dont know it.

You could have contact dermatitis, where you have a skin irritation due contact with an allergen (plants, new detergent, etc.). If you have a rash or excessive itchiness, try Benadryl (an antihistamine and it will make you sleepy) and apply hydrocortisone to affected areas. From personal experience, food allergy reactions happen relatively quick with hives or anaphylactic shock.

allergies are not just food. it could be something, like
pollen, that was in the air and you inhaled it. it could
also be something you touched (contact dermatitis).
