Try putting cheese in with them. Whenever I can't get my 2 year old to eat something I take a bite and say Hmmmmmmm that is yummy. Than he wants to see what all the fuss is about and ends up taking a bite.

Maybe she does not like them. They smell horrible if they are the least bit overcooked.
There are so many things to eat for breakfast. Eggs don't have to be one of them. Our boys were picky eaters. Sometimes they wanted left over soup or spaghetti. We let them eat it. We fixed their plates and let them eat what they would. We learned soon that they would eat sufficiently when they were hungry. Don't make food a fighting point. You will lose every time.

An old family recipe called dog's food:
Take a piece of toast and pull it apart into several pieces and place in a bowl. Cut up a soft boiled egg and add to top of toast. Looks like dog food with the families leftovers on top. Kids think it's great to eat silly things.

She doesn't necessarily need to eat eggs, so I wouldn't worry about it. Like any other person, she's just going through a phase where she doesn't like them. She'll most likely go through many phases with various foods. If you think about it, adults do the same thing, the difference is we have control over what we eat. If you're worried about her not getting enough protein, spread some peanut butter on apple wedges or on a piece of whole grain toast. Good luck!

My son refused to eat scrambled eggs after eating them for a year! Now I use a microwave egg cooker that produces perfectly round "fried" eggs. I put them on a plate like eyes with a ketchup mouth and cheese nose, then I let him sprinkle Mrs Dash (just open it a tiny bit, so they don't smother the egg) he loves it, and it's easy to do.

Most of the answers alreadys given are great. My favorite is to mix cheese in. Most little ones love cheese.
Although eating eggs isn't really a biggie for a child's growth or nourishment.. Don't force her to eat them. There are many more nutritious foods for her to eat.

Why on Earth would you encourage your little one to eat eggs!?!? Do some research, and you will find that eggs are full of cholesterol and antibiotics! Not to mention the daily horror that the laying hens experience, and the conditions they live in while providing eggs for human consumption. Did you know that in the egg industry, male baby chicks are discarded as "waste"? If you must include eggs in your child's diet, please choose organic, cage free, vegetarian-fed chicken eggs...you can find them in most stores. Otherwise, she'll get 3 times more protein from a bagel smeared with peanut butter!! And you won't have to worry about cholesterol or saturated fat that you get when you fry eggs in butter!! :D

My kids always ate them with cheese mixed in. But maybe that won't work- it seems like an obvious solution so I'll bet you've tried it. Maybe she just doesn't like eggs now that she realizes they don't taste great. I've never met anyone who said "mmm... egg!!!" very bland. Try french toast- sweet and contains the eggs- you can make it a bit thicker with the egg and it'll coat the outside but she'll never notice there's egg in there.

My 9 year old hated eggs as a little guy. He loved Doctor Suess books. So I made him green eggs and ham. He thought it was cool to have eggs from a book he loved to read. A little food dye and imagination takes over.
