Stop eating, take a fat burner and run your butt off... literaly. I lost 20 pounds in a week by drinking only juice and water and running 2 miles a day. Mind you it isn't the healthiest method but it is definently effective.

You should check into Somersizing. It has helped me loose 60lbs. and fast. If you want to lose it within a few days or weeks, your options are limited. Do not eat ANY sugar or starches. No bread, no pasta, no rice, to corn, no potatoes. It sounds extreme- but how bad do you want to lose some weight? Just trust it- it really works. but watch it close- almost everything has added sugar and will slow down the weight loss. Things like tomato soup, canned tomatoes, ketchup, stuff like that you should cut out. try this SUPER-Strict for a few days and you will at least have looser-fitting clothes if nothing else.
Example menu would be

Breakfast: Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Coffee (NO SUGAR) If you need lots of energy try Grapenuts Cereal or anything whole wheat w/no added sugar.

Lunch: Grilled Chicken breast with Alfredo sauce (NO NOODLES) & any veggies

Dinner: Sirlion Steak with green beans and a salad

I personally think that the Atkins diet is the FASTEST way to lose weight. It's not meant for most people though and what I mean by that is that it would be near impossible to do for the rest of your life although some people can.
It's not really good to lose weight fast. It is better to lose only one to three pounds per week. This can be accomplished through better eating habits, moderation and lots of exercises.

While extreme, here is the quickest way to lose weight. Stop eating, exercise as much as possible, stay hydrated, use a fat burner and diet suppressant.

While I do not recommend this, it is the fastest way to lose body fat.

No fads! Stock up on lean meats, high fibre cereals and breads, fruits and veggies, skim milk products. Be sure you still get a little fat everyday. Olive oil is best. And exercises, just walking is a great start.
