I haven't cooked them yet, it will be this weekend. I am going to test the temperature of the oven using water before I cook them to ensure the temp. is right.

no its the same as for one as it would be for 2 give or take 15 minutes....as your oven may not be calibrated right....

Yes, but it isn't double.

The best way would be to get the pop-up guages and put them in your turkeys. Set the timer for one and check every 10-15 minutes after that for when the guages pop up

I've always tacked on an extra half-hour or so to my cooking time if cooking more than one turkey.

Just check the legs when you think they should be done. They should be very very loose. A thermometer helps.!!!!
