The hangover is a result of dehydration. Be sure to alternate ery evdrink or two with glasses of water - will pretty much elimate the crappy next day hangover (but not your behavior the night before!)

well, there's the bad feeling imediately following drinking too much,,, right before you throw up... that's called "I think I'm gonna puke!". and then there is the day after bad feeling, a hangover.
you may also feel bad emotionally or mentally, because of the stupid things you did while you were drunk... that's called embarassment and maybe remorse.
Key to avoiding these feelings is don't drink so much....
