that is usually the case, however, if the person really loves you, it wont matter to them. I have put on over 20 lbs since i met my husband (in part due to medical reasons, part just stress and laziness). we were married aug 19, and he still tells me i am sexy. i am not happy with the way i look now, but he tells me all the time he loves me regardless, so it just depends on how that person is. if they are that concerned about your looks, they are shallow and you dont need them neway!

Physical attraction is important but not the most important. I dont know how anyone could say that it does not matter at all, I mean lets be honest, you have to have some amount of physical attraction. But if it is someone that says they love you then obvoiously the physical part was already there. When I was divorced and on the singles scene it used to piss me off so bad when women would not give me the time of day based totally on my looks. So dont go saying that women are not the same way as men when it comes to this.

This question annoys me because ALL men look at women bodies before talking to them or dating them. Women don't act that way, some women do I know but overall its men who care more about what their woman looks like, they want a trophy on their hands. Anyways I think that if you are in love with someone that they shouldn't worry about your look and personality because they got with you for a reason, it may be the way you look or even your personality, they shouldn't try to change who you are!!!!

Okay, back up a second. One of my teachers loved to tell us that every time you point a finger, three point back at you.
You're complaining that guys only concern themselves with your appearance. But aren't you doing the exact same thing? Or are you truly upset that the shy nerdy kid in the corner with the Buddy Holly glasses and the plaid buttondown shirt and the bad haircut isn't giving your personality a fair shake?
Make sure you're truly in a position to criticize before you make this statement. I'll happily argue further once you are.

The cold hard truth is , men usually see you before they talk to you . It helps to be somewhat attractive... I mean be honest would you rather have some tall, lean good looking cowboy or the short balding overweight guy who sits at the end of the bar at Kelly's ask for your number..

NO I don't believe that looks should count...I think that the whole human population should be blind because then everybody would be happier. When you love someone looks shouldn't matter it's that person's soul you should fall in love with, because if you fall in love with their looks then you'll never be fully satisfied because looks change and fade away.

Yes it does get me upset but after one failed marriage I am on my second and My guy never judges me for how I am physically you just have to have patience for that special someone. Society has made it so hard for individuals to be individuals we all have to be just like celeberties its sickening.

it does cuz most of da time guyz judge on how a gurl looks. da shy ones don't tho. but u do have to have a attraction to tha person otherwise it will be awkward.

nope because they are just shallow and i dont have no time for shallow people in my life so do as i do ignore them because those are the people that have no morals or family vaules while the ones who dont are the ones that are truly worth you time
