if camera has usb mini port.. when you plug it in to computer it should go 'bing bong' (avon calling) and install itself.... if not, in the toolbar at the bottom is 'safely remove hardware' right click on that and see if it says 'goodmans gsh!t3029tft camera device..
also check in 'my computer' gluck/x
if not any of above.. use system restore ( start /control panel/ performance& maintanence/top left on screen/go back to when it was installed)

If as you say, it is not on their website, email them directly and ask them. If their customer service is any good, they will send you a replacement.

plug in and find new hardware from web .that should work.........good luck.you can also type in keygen and find what you need on there.
