For instance, Can you set up a 'middle' man account to transfer money into. A site that holds money that is not always spefically used for online gambling, and transfer money from your credit card or bank to the middle account, then from the middle account to the poker site...and reverse method from there? That way it isn't directly linked to online gambling...

There are companies such as neteller ,firepay and others which allow u to deposit money from a credit card or directly from your bank account. However they fall under the same banking acts as all other banks. The only way is for you to open a bank account in another country "canada" and use it as your online banking referance

So far it looks like you can still open a Neteller account and use it for the purpose of playing poker online for money. The only thing this bill will do is prevent direct transfer of money to online gambling sites. It's total BS.

Can you open an account in a Mexican or a Canadian bank, and would that work for your purpose?
