Dont know the answer to that ...............but if you have kids ,,have a money tree in the garden,.....put some coins and notes on the branches and say to the kids ...oh I have run out of money ,can you nip down the garden and get me some off the money tree.......the kids will love it...............if you smoke stick some ciggarretes on the branches as well on the cigarrette tree..................

well technically money does grow on trees because its made out of paper and I don't know why they have branches.

before everything, money isn't made out of paper, this is made out of cotton (to the guy above me) 2nd of all, banks have branches for a similar reason we stress on parkways and park on driveways.
