Great job so far! Keep it up! Here are some other ideas that can help.

Don't worry so much about weight. Focus on being healthy and looking good. Diet is extremely important. You can not out exercise a bad diet.

Burn more calories than you eat.

Cut your fat intake.

Eat three cups of fat free low cal yogurt a day (make sure it has live cultures in it) and pineapples. This helps you break down your food.

Do 45-60 min. of aerobic exercise a day (preferably before you eat in the morning). This will attack the fat. Try doing some jogging/running, walking stairs or hills, swimming, and cycling. Mix it up, it will keep your body guessing.

Do 30 min of weight training three times a week. This will build lean muscle which will in turn burn fat.

I lost 40 lbs in two months and have kept it off for two more months doing this. I also took my body fat % from 30% to 14%

Cut calories. Fat, Carbs and other stuff is great to watch, but calories are what make you gain and loose weight. I know for me 5'4 and 125 I should have between 1,800 and 2,000 calories a day. If I stick to that I don't gain weight. My rule of thumb when I wanted to loose weight was counting calories but fruits and veggies (fresh or cooked) didn't count. It's easy to watch calories, and doesn't mess with taste. You can still have the occasional Mc Donalds, just watch your calories. Call your doctor to find out how many calories they suggest you have in a day then go from there. Good luck!

These days, everyone is on a diet... which is a good thing! I like the fact that people are trying to transform their lives for the better. Continue executing a fitness program three times a week (minimum). In addition, for my wife and I, we needed something that fit our schedule and didn't involve calorie counting, menu planning, etc... that is why we turned to two products. First Limu Plus... taken daily. Second, was the appetizer diet. Just mix a shake and open a cookie... it is that simple! My wife and I have lost several pounds and are believers. Popcorn diet. for 1 week just eat popcorn, it's light and it fills u up, but don't get the extreme butter! theres natural popcorn! try it and it's garanteed to make u pounds lighter, the only down side to this is that it's ONLY for a week ! your body will need the nutrients from other food sources after a week so keep that in mind. also at least a 3rd of a gallon of water daily.

jogging helps burn more fat. also weight training is helpful. if u need to lose weight ASAP you may have to go on a all fruit, veggie and protein diet. you should only eat your protein in the morning, nothing sweet. protein helps speed up your metabolism. only eat lean poultry, fish or protein/whey or soy drinks. drink lots of cold water too, and take a multi-vitamin supplement. if u do this you should be able to lose about 4-6 lbs in 7-days. also try a total body cleansing product. i'm currently doing all of these things and i've lost about 10 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks.

It boils down to burning more calories than you intake during the day. Walking is a great option, especially easy on the joints. Swimming is another great option. Find something you enjoy, those things you are far more likely to do consistently. Lifting weights also helps alot. It helps your body burn calories more efficiently. Good Luck!

First, visualize yourself being your target weight. In other words, set a target weight in your mind. Then, Reduce your caloric intake by 500 calories every day and still do your 1 hour a day walk.

You'll lose about a 1lb per week.

Hi there!

Keep your calories at or below 1500 per day. This will work if you stick to it.

I believe this answers your question, but if not, you may email me.

Good luck on your diet and fitness goals!
