the fact that it's been 4 days since you first saw the rash-you should probably make an appt to see a dr.

i wouldn't put anything on your fash to try and cure it until you see the dr-your face has very sensitive skin and you could irritate it more, making the rash worse.

you can try using hydrocortisone or benadryl cream to your chest and see if that helps. you can also take oral benadryl tablets to see if it clears up-but careful-benadryl makes you sleepy. take 1-2 of the 25mg tablets every 6 hours but no more than 4 doses in 24 hours.

try to think back and see if you can remember anything you might have eaten or touched (lotions, soap, etc) that might have triggered the rash-it indicates an allergy

good luck to you

u think?
well firstly make an appointment to see your GP. Then if u have any anti histamines take one of those. If not go to a chemist, the pharmasist there will also be able to advise u as to what the problem might be. They are also trained professionals and are a good start whilst waiting to see your GP.

I would suggest that u do NOT put anything on it, without professional advice. This includes soap, bubble bath, oils, make up or any other lotion or potion u r tempted to use. Leave it be and don't scratch it! You may make an open wound which may get infected and then u will be in a far worse state than u are now!

You could make the rash worse if you use the wrong thing. CONSULT A DOCTOR and get professional advice, not advice from amateurs on this site. It is YOUR health. Do not be satisfied with any advice except that of a professional physician. Good luck.
