I dislocated my knee 15 years ago. My leg was then immobilised for 8 weeks with a cast. It's been OK all this time until my knee cap came out and back in straight away six weeks ago. I'm still limping and I don't know what to do. I also want to prevent this from happening again.

you need to make an appointment with an orthopedic doctor and ask him these questions I have problems with my knees and I take dietary supplements to aid in the problem but ask your doctor about it not yahoo answers

Get expert advise through an Ortho...parallely, you can try alternate healing like Reiki...it can help heal faster.
