Spooky:
Me? I'm an Isian Witch. I spend a great deal of time in meditation, "prayer", and ritual.
Much of it is quite simple... When I cook dinner I stir loving thoughts and prayers into what I'm cooking. Even the mundane can be magickal.

This is not a trick question. I know atheists and agnostics who are deeply spiritual. I'm just curious about what people are doing. And yes, sex can be very spiritual.

Yes I am very spiritual and technically am agnostic. Though I am leaning toward thinking there is some Divine entity 'out there' somewhere...????
I am constantly aware of energy, the Universe, spirit and do things to uplift my energy. I am an herbalist and make concoctions for people while holding a positive mind frame. I cook food in the same way. I encounter people with a healing energy on my part.

I do firedance as often as I can. I build a fire that burns chest high, leave on only a pair of denim shorts, then circle it and leap through it to something with a good deep baseline (P.O.D.'s youth of the nation is a good one, the score from The Crow is another one, native american drumming works too), until my body reaches such a state of exhaustion and hyperthermia that I collapse to the ground unconscious. In this state, I have visions of being in the presence of Fenrir Wolf from norse mythology and him and I share the varied truths of my life and my existence through the view of living as members of one pack. In this state, I too am a wolf, not the human flesh that is unconscious on the ground.
I don't believe Fenrir or Skoll are real, but they have been good to me in these states, and the truth is, I don't have to believe in them for the meaning in the visions to be life-changing and life-affirming.

I'm not a Jain, but Jains are atheists and spiritual:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jainism
Jains predate Christianity by about 1,000 years.
They stated as fact that matter & energy are the same thing long before Einstein came to that conclusion and published his Theory of Relativity.
I consider matter, energy & life to be the same things, but I don't consider myself spiritual as the word is commonly used.

For me, writing poetry is a very spiritual experience. You have to be very in touch with your emotions to do it well. Also, I will agree with spamandham and say that nature is often a very spiritual experience.

When I was at college, we had a meditation room. It was a great sound proof room, with a fountain and trees outside of the windows.
Great place to reflect and think. I miss it.

I can't do anything spiritual as I don't believe I have a spirit. Sorry to sound so negative but it is true!
