OLD PEOPLE? im 53 but im not really old but i feel 75 or older.the number one health issue is the heart.keeping active and getting exercise to keep the heart pumping life giving blood has always been a high priority from any doctors view.also arthritis as you age can make your days painful as i know. but exercise and diet are too important not to take notice.there are so many diseases that affect older people these days especially the baby boomers.i am one of those but as a young soldier i was injured severely during vietnam and it made my health problems worsen as i got older.ive had over 30 operations and procedures since 75 and when i was first admitted into a hospital i was told i wouldnt walk again but i stayed as an inpatient for over 7 months and i was 20 years old at the time december 1st 1973 when i was injured in a nasty accident that would have killed 2 fellow soldiers if i had not intervened at the precise moment.

eyes, bones, physical fitness, heart disease, memory loss

Get a regular physical from a trusted doctor. Work out regularly. Eat right with low fat, low carbs, high protein, high fiber. If you do all of this the only thing that will bother you is bad eyes, they start to go in your 40's first you will need bifocals to read only, then it gets worse from there.
