Do what you think you can do. Fasting takes precedence during this month, but you should not become lazy and sleep all day. Maybe switch to less vigourous exercise.

You can exercise in Ramadan, sure, why not? But I wouldn't recomment exercising while fasting as you may break quite a sweat and won't be able to drink anything until evening. This could lead to exhaustion and dehydration. You know what your body can handle. When I was in grade school, our teachers would excuse the muslim children from Gym class during Ramadan and they would encourage us NOT to participate since it can be bad for your health. I hope you have a good Ramadan.

I don't think you should during that time because your body will not have the nutrients it needs to keep you healthy. It will also be a time when you will need to focus on prayer and fasting. Peace be with you and God Bless.

less vigorous exercises should do. And, you can exercise at night, when you are allowed to eat, then eat up.
