I need to lose weight and need an easy diet plan to follow with two kids and not a ton of money to spend or hours to cook. Willing to take supplements along with just need something, anything!!!

You design a diet to fit your needs, exercises that you can do, a reasonable schedule to follow, etc. It also has a community of other people trying to lose weight, too, and lots of good articles, etc for you to read. I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Don't eat less your body stores fat when you eat less or starve its to protect you from starving. You will never lose weight unless you get your metabolism up. The best way to do that is by eating 5 meals a day or you can do 3 meals 1 snack inbetween. But you must eat healthy. Stay away from trans fats they are horrible for you and cause you to stack on the pounds. As does high fructose corn syrup (sweetener in every soda). dont drink diet soda the artificial sweetener are really bad. Most of them shut off you hunger control (think man made bad natural good). Ok thats enough for now Pick up the Abs Diet book by David Zinczenko it is the best and healthiest diet book out there that works.

Eat less exercise more. That Is It. That's the only thing that works for faster weight loss do 30-45 minutes of cardio in the morning before eating that burns the fat that is stored in your body. Trust Me.Don't waste your money on supplements your body provides you with supplements if you eat right and exercise.

You have to do a little homework. With a computer it should be easy. Set up a file and calculate how many calories you are ingesting every day. If it's 2,500 a day cut back to 2,000 quality calories and up you're exercise to some level. Take a brisk walk if you are just starting out. Diet and exercise are like scissors. They go together and apart don't work as well. Good luck!
