Either way is a good way to reheat the stew. Make sure you put it in the refrigerator the night before so that it will thaw. The stove top will give you a more even cook where the microwave will cook from the outside in. Good luck.

Very carefully.if on the stove depending on the size. maybe about 20-30 minutes, stove top. the microwave - maybe about 10 minutes in a micrwave proof bowl.don't take the lid off if you are doing stove top. every chance you want to . put a little water in it and it should turn out good.

in a pan on the stove top or u can even try the crock pot but microwave is the fastest but not the best

microwave, put on defrost and then on the last part after it is melted, 1-2 mins on high.
