Every one has to go at their own pace for this, and if it hasn't happened yet, but you're sure she loves you, then it just means she is simply not ready yet or, she is waiting for greater commitment from you before taking the relationship to the next level. If you love her you just have to be patient I'm afraid, and try to show her in some concrete way how commited you are to the relationship.
Most of all though, just talk to her about it. But you MUST MUST talk about it in a way that doesn't sound like you're complaining or putting pressure on her! It's right and just that you understand why she doesn't feel ready yet.

Is this your wife you are talking about, or someone else? I see that you are married from the other questions you've asked. So the answer to what should your wife give you for your birthday seem pretty obvious. If the answer to the question is "yes", then perhaps she should give you what you want in bed. If it's 2no", then maybe an ultimatum on your playing around?

Sex is a sacred thing. It should be connected to a marital relationship and committment. Perhaps she is waiting for that kind of committment from you. Either way the only way you'll know is to ask her. Ask her but don't push, be patient.

if you havn't had sex in a year and she keeps saying later maby you should reevaluate the situation. Is she sleeping with somone else. is she sick? think bout it. why would i girl wait that long?

'Later' or 'Lay-tear' is from the Latin phrase that meant that the female was so tiny in the love pocket department. That she was scared that you may 'tear' hers when you 'lay' her! Use plenty of axle grease..you'll soon have the smile back on her face again, and your face too I do believe! Go forth and prod the stretch-marks off-of her! Ggggrrrrraaarrrr!

you should never ask for sex direcly, any woman would feel as if you are using her. Sex is a feeling it is an expression of an emotion you feel towards someone. leave it up to time, when a woman feels you are comiitted enough, she will ask!!

Hate to be the one to break it to you but "later" doesnt give a pre-determined time frame. It means that she isnt ready and you should respect that.
