Oh I have to agree with the crock pot answers. We love our with ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and chopped onions. I mix all the ingredients together, without the pork, in a bowl. Only put half the mix on the pork because it will get runny. When the meat is finished I drain it then add the mix that I didn't cook it in. This is perfect with mashed potatoes and corn or you can have shredded pork sandwiches. YUMMM!!!

Actually, I love to grill a pork tenderloin. The flavor is incredible and there are no pots and pans to wash and it only takes about 30-40 minutes depending on how big it is. I cover it in olive oil and steak rub.

If you got the time to slow cook, the crock-pot is a better choice. It really brings out the flavor and makes the meat ever so tender. Good Eats!

crock pot always makes meat more tender and tasty, just takes a little longer to cook, but worth the wait.

i love putting them in the crock pot. When they are done they just fall apart. It almost melts in your mouth. Put a can of cream of mushroom soup w/a can of milk and it makes a nice little gravy if you are having mashed potatoes w/it. Good luck!

either way is good it depends on the time you are willing to take to cook the dish. For either way I cut little slits all over the roast and insert small garlic clove and scallion. the season with kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper. in the pot about 4cups water and a cup of white cooking wine, along with three bay leaves. That's how I like it.
