i really want to learn to kite fly, but i am not the richest person in the world, does anybody know anywhere CHEAP i can learn, even just the basics?

Easily the cheapest place is Essauoira in Morocco. Easyjet fly there for about £60 return, rooms cost £15 per night and you can get a cheap intensive course through an organisation called Magic Fun Africa, Essauoira. Perfect conditions and a great place to hang out too. UK way too expensive.

No sorry I don"t but it looks fantastic. My Wife and I were watching some lads kiting at Exmouth Devon the other week and it was really entertaining. If I was 40 years younger I would have a go myself. Goodluck in your quest.

maybe you could find somebody who already knows what they're doing and get them to teach you free
